In healthcare, access to trusted, usable data is critical to delivering timely and effective care. Rather than taking a traditional testimonial approach, we told this story the way we always do—through the eyes of real people.
In this short documentary, we spend a day with Dr. Kerdsirichairat Tossapol (“Toss”), a gastroenterologist and surgeon at Bumrungrad International Hospital, the largest hospital in Thailand, which supports over 10,000 outpatient cases a day. By embedding with Toss, we captured not just what InterSystems technology does but what it makes possible: faster decisions, better outcomes, and deeper connections between doctors and patients.
Our character-driven approach transforms a typical product testimonial into something more meaningful—a story about care, complexity, and the quiet power of data to make a real difference in people’s lives.
